This place is a great trendy boutique hotel with a fantastic location within walking distance of the terminal, perfect for exploring the area with a short stroll to a coffee shop and restaurant.

Convenience to the A/P, cleanliness, staff.

I liked the friendly staff and the way they were candid in their interactions.. Not too stuffy; good people.

I didn't like the price of the room service.

Very close to the airport - convenient for an early AM flight. Also a Hertz drop off station.

Very loud air conditioning to the point of having only 2 choices: turn it off or don't sleep. When brought to the attention of the hotel staff they say "yes we know, it will be fixed next year". When the outside temperature is over 100 degrees I can't hink of a worse place to stay!

Very short answering to have some diner. Just a list no explanation. THey didn't want you to go out the hotel.

I had a WONDERFUL stay for 1 night. The staff were very very nice, and I greatly enjoyed my well-appointed room. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, with excellent dishes. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and marble bathroom. The location in a lovely area was favorable. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the airport metro station.

I slip and fell in the parking lot on black ice.

Good value for money (we got a King room for $90). Located very close to the airport and has a free 24/7 shuttle (when you are checking out, they will send a shuttle to the door). Free Wi-Fi, decent coffee in the room. All in all good choice if you happen to need to spend a night around the airport.

It was a bit noisy, probably walls/doors are quite thin. Would be nice to have breakfast included, but if you have an early flight, most likely you won't have time for it anyway.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. They quickly resolved a mix-up with my room and made sure I had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

i was charged an extra night, so really charged an extra $80.00 what a rip off, people at the hotel still havent returned my calls for a refund!

Room air conditioner was terrible. Very loud!!!! I was up 1/2 the night due to the noise. Finally pulled the plug, and then room got too stuffy. Also Thru you I booked one of the last 4 rooms with 2 beds and when we got there they said that they would give us a room at the $156 but would be unable to honor the 2 beds because we booked thru a cheap offer. Therefore had a small room with one king bed. Had room #208 Grafton Sieber

We had great meals here for both dinner and breakfast, in a comfortable location within walking distance to the Superman Exhibit, set in an amazing area.

Fresh options for breakfast. Absolutely perfect and excellent location for our visit to Superman Exhibit around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

All good — we enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were helpful and top-class. The location for our purpose was comfortable and perfect, close to highway. It had amazing restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Everything was simply good
